What are the payment options?

For new customers, we only accept the 40% T/T of the payment, and the 60% balance is settled before loading up container.

How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?

It depends on whether you want to do customization your tire and tube or not, and also depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics.

Can I come to China for a factory inspection?

Yes,of course and welcome you to visiting our factory personally if you have a third party in China,send them to our factory for inspection or we support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.

Which of your products are selling more popular?

Every market is not the same in different countries.For example,some customers from Egypt love natural rubber tubes and some customers from EUROPE love butyl rubber tubes.So if you are planning to purchase the tire and tube you love,it is best to ask your customers at their market.

What if you can’t provide what I want?

It does happen that have no tire patterns and tire and tube sizes you offer. But that is not a problem. the solution is that make new mold, the condition is that you can accept it.

What is the port near to your factory?

Our factory is located in Shandong province.Qingdao port is near to us. We will track your goods from the factory to QIINGDAO port and arrive at the port safely.
