A: Samples are available upon request, and the sample shipping cost can be refunded after placing an order. Typically, it takes 1-2 days to send an existing sample, while producing a new design takes 7-10 days.

A: We have strict quality inspection standards and processes for QC. And we accept the third party inspection if necessary.

Q5: Where is your loading port?
A: Factory is located in Shandong province, therefore, the loading port is Qingdao Port.
